This week-long service project involves a lot of physical labor at the job sites. Additionally, we provide drinks, meals, and snacks for the workers. Which of these jobs are you volunteering for?

This is a four-day work project. Which days are you available?

We are requesting the following information on a volunteer basis and is not required. Our goal is to be equal and inclusive and that our volunteers would accurately represent our community and the people we serve.

By submitting this form I affirm that the information contained in this application is correct to the best of my knowledge. I understand that misleading or untruthful information on this application may result in my dismissal from any volunteer job consideration.

I hereby give Next Steps my permission to use photos in any media for any purpose which may include, among others, on the website, www.nextstepstc.org, social media pages, and for using for marketing/ promotional/advertising purposes.

Lunch and 2 snacks will be provided for each day. A suggested donation of $25 will help offset these costs.

In return for receiving permission from NEXT STEPS THE COLONY, to allow me to participate as a volunteer, I agree to assume all risks of loss and injury that may arise out of participation. I hereby release and agree to indemnify NEXT STEPS THE COLONY and their respective agents, officers, and employees from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action whatsoever, related to any loss or damage to my person or property whether anticipated or unanticipated. This release shall be binding on me, my heirs, successors, assigns, administrators and/or executors. I realize that working as a volunteer may involve the use of tools as well as digging and lifting heavy objects. I will be working around other participants who may not be accustomed to this type of labor. I am aware of the risks and hazards inherent in participating and do hereby assume sole responsibility for all such risks and waive all recourse against NEXT STEPS THE COLONY.
