“This email is to tell you about my experience with Next Steps. I am very honored and happy with my service experience with Next Steps. I was laid off on March 12, 2020 when the pandemic first broke out. To this date, I have not been able to find another job. I look and apply at least 3 times a week. I have been struggling with 3 kids. It has been very hard for me and my family. When I was able to reapply for services with Next Steps, I was not only given hope, but I was given a little breathing room.
The courtesy and hospitality that I receive is more than reassuring to me. Mrs. Pam took the time to give me some places to look for jobs at. She even offered to help me with my resume’. She told me that she would keep looking and she would refer me when she sees something that might fit me. As I have been going through my struggle, I am very at ease knowing that I find help and reassurance at Next Steps.”
