Our Speakers

Two voices, one mission.

Pam De Santiago

Pam De Santiago

Executive Director

“A Heart for Local Service”

Pamela De Santiago founded Next Steps in 2019 and runs the organization day-to-day. With more than a decade in social services — including crisis outreach, recovery coaching, and her Nationally Certified Peer Recovery Support Specialist (NCPRSS) certification — Pam brings deep roots in The Colony and a compelling story of what happens when a community decides to show up for its own.

Jason Kelley

Jason Kelley

Case Manager / Mentor

“I will never help people by pointing my finger at them. I'll help them by holding out my arms.”

Jason left a successful nine-year career in law enforcement to serve people in a different way — through relationship, dignity, and genuine care. As a former Executive Director of a local non-profit and a certified counselor, he brings a rare perspective on what restorative support actually looks like on the ground.
